My experience as a non smoker and observer is, pot heads aren’t ever really sober. You can’t tell, because it is like a drunk who drinks a beer for breakfast, a shot with coffee, pitcher of beer at lunch, a shot bottle at break time, and all night while at home. So it is with “casual smokers”.
