Reid expanded the DC circuit.
Trump had the senate and could of dont that too in 2016 but did nothing .
Trump could of cleaned out the DOJ but did nothing and the State Dept.
Huge wasted opportunities .

I agree with you re: your examples.

However, this still doesn’t explain how to get rid of Chutkan, Howell, etc.

I know Howell has retired - may she rot in the hot place.
