WASHINGTON, Aug 30 (Reuters) - Donald Trump's former lawyer Rudy Giuliani is liable for defaming two election workers in Georgia, a U.S. judge in Washington said on Wednesday. Judge Beryl Howell issued the order as a sanction against Giuliani for failing to turn over electronic records sought by the two election workers, Wandrea "Shaye" Moss and her mother Ruby Freeman, in the case. The judge's order means Giuliani will have to pay damages for spreading false vote-rigging claims against the pair following the 2020 U.S. presidential election. He previously admitted that his statements were false and damaged Moss and Freeman's reputations. Giuliani will face a civil trial in Washington, D.C. federal court to determine how much he will have to pay.

Giuliani was ordered to share his evidence through the discovery process and failed to do so. Additionally, he already stipulated that his accusation against Freeman and her daughter were false.

His admission of error is a mark of good character. A Democrat would have denied a similar claim to the bitter end, true or not.

On the other hand, there has never been even an attempt to explain why those women were seen feeding ballots through that tabulator repeatedly. If there are other videos showing that ballots other than the 2AM “ all vote counting is suspended” ballots were treated similarly, that would be a start to showing that it is normal procedure, so show us that video since you accept that the accusations he made were false.

“And in his latest court filings for this case, the former New York City mayor backed off his previous statements.
“While Giuliani does not admit to Plaintiffs’ allegations, he — for purposes of this litigation only — does not contest the factual allegations,” court documents filed Tuesday read.”
I don’t see any plea. Nolo contendere is guilty by any other name, but the proceeding in which Giuliani refused to defend against the plaintiff’s assertion wasn’t a plea of any sort.
Probably looking at a pile of legal bills and spending however many hours on all of the fed persecution , like seizing electronics in FBI raid while having his offer of Biden laptop crimes not seized, he may look at this one as small fry (relatively). On the other hand have you found the video that these women were handling the 2 PM ballots just the way we see them handling the 2 AM ballots? If so , you win the argument. Until then you are just smoothing over the lies anyone can read in mainstream press.

When you look at the different possible configurations with the voting machines, you see one utilizing 'ginger snaps' (USB sticks) to violate the 'no connection' zone.
The site cameras picked it up, unknown to cheaters.

I think that's why the recent hearing is so confusing. Guiliani admitted the facts before the court are not contested, from his case perspective. That is not admitting guilt. The cheaters didn't know about the convention site security cameras (for slip-n-fall surveillance) until after the case had been presented. And the Joe Hoft expose of the National Preemptive Emergency Cellular Network isn't a month old yet.
