Blue moon You saw me standin' alone Without a dream in my heart Without a love of my own
[Verse 2] Blue moon You knew just what I was there for You heard me sayin' a prayer for Someone I really could care for
[Bridge] And then there suddenly appeared before me The only one my arms will hold I heard somebody whisper, "Please adore me" And when I looked, the moon had turned to gold
[Verse 3] Blue moon Now, I'm no longer alone Without a dream in my heart Without a love of my own
[Bridge] And then there suddenly appeared before me The only one my arms will ever hold I heard somebody whisper, "Please adore me" And when I looked, the moon had turned to gold
[Verse 3] Blue moon Now, I'm no longer alone Without a dream in my heart Without a love of my own
[Outro] Blue moon Now, I'm no longer alone Without a dream in my heart Without a love of my own

Thank you!
Thanks for the reminder!
I knew you posted it before I even saw your name!👍🙂
Blue moons cause global warming. And they’re racist.
I was out looking at it last night. I thought it was kinda a overblown, but I can tell you about an hour after dark, areas of the moon DID look pale blue (Not the whole moon).
IT was the flat areas that appeared blue. I cannot explain why.
My wife and I were out for a walk. It really is worth seeing.
Libtards plan to bark at the moon all night long
I see a bad moon a-risin’
I see trouble on the way.
Super moons are not all that rare. So it isn’t an unusual circumstance.
The full Moon appears to be ‘blue’ when at zenith, because the atmosphere of the Earth scatters the blue wavelengths of light more than the red or yellows.
That is also why it appears red or orange at the horizon due to dust and smoke particles in the line of sight scattering the red and orange wavelengths more.
Also, the large flat areas of the Moon appear ‘blue’ because they are reflecting the indirect light from the Earth which is primarily bluish, the sky is blue on the sunlit side.
When an Eclipse of the Moon occurs, it moves into the Earth’s shadow and so appears darker reddish or even brown.......................
I could have guessed.
Everytime there has been a celestial event, our skys turn cloudy...
sigh...
Does this cause the concurrent locust hatching, with all their melodies driving the near insane person that last few inches toward madness?(like me)
Here, too....................😒
Blue moons cause hurricanes....
I thought it was called a blue moon when it was the second full moon for any particular month.
There was a full moon on Aug 1.
I doubt it, but it sounds like an opportunity for some academic types with PhDs in entomology to get a fat NSF grant to study it paid for with your tax money.
You’re correct. Blue moon defined as second full moon in a calendar month.
Not caused by blue moons - everyone (who votes Democrat) knows hurricanes are caused by white people’s inherent racism.
