In his mid 50s, he's young for such a diagnosis.

What a helluva thing! Survive an assassination attempt and end up with this. There are treatments but it's non curable.

I have had three friends die from MM.

It is a rare disease but the chances of beating it are extremely slim.

The time frame is about three years, from diagnosis, until the patient dies.
