For me anyway, the issue is not that the disabled man was denied the use of a restroom. The cops well might have just been following restaurant policy.

My beef is that they thought another person’s humiliation and misery was so hilarious, so very funny.

You're upset that people are mean? Is this video the first indication you've ever had that people aren't nice all the time? People are mean. People laugh at other people's expense. Doctors, lawyers, judges, cops, fireman, teachers, stock-brokers. They laugh at other people all the time.

I've seen doctors laugh at people who pissed themselves in the ER. Are they terrible people? Of course not. I've been out with friends who are teachers who laugh at their students misfortune. Are they awful? Of course not. I think the issue is we see people being mean a lot these days because there are cameras everywhere.
