You, every time you reproduce, weaken the males in human civilization.
In a way, Margaret Sanger had it right, but mis-directed it. You, (fe)males are the ones that shouldn’t be attempting to have children. You’ll not only destroy your male progeny, but poison your daughters.

I have no problem with this. Unfortunately, the responsible ones will get the procedure and the ones who will not care for their offspring won’t.

If leaders in the hip hop community made this a fashionable thing to do, it could help.

I do not see this as a race issue in any way. I see it as a reckless behavior, lack of responsibility issue that is fueled by the ‘fun without cost’ crowd.

I have sincerely attempted to make sense of your composition - to no avail.

Could you please rephrase and maybe simplify your contribution?

What, exactly, is your thesis statement? Are you saying that (free) vasectomies are immoral?

I am having special trouble understanding the one sentence marked here in bold/red.
