You may be on to something there! If Putin is working for the CIA or merely acting as a "useful idiot" by the ever-so-clever CIA, then you should have some support for your claim.

Never mind the tiny, insignificant problem that, if Putin has been or is currently in cahoots with the government, then Biden is the ultimate "buck stops here, sort of" in the logic chain. And if Putin has been or is currently in cahoots with the American government, then "we" are the instigators of the war ON BOTH SIDES.

Or as "baby rabbits" Davydov would say, "Kaboom!"
