Too funny! In your post to Williams you quoted me verbatim from my post #132 to AAABEST. That, son, is plagiarism. Not only are you a kid, and one who has no independent thoughts of his own; you are also a fraud. No wonder you never served in the military; and yet you have the gall to take a senior military rank — not American, though; Nazi, most likely — as your screen name. Did you give your G.I. Joe doll a rank, too?

Given all the things already going wrong in Russia, I am trying to imagine what the grieving Wagners are going to do when they hear the fine cemetary created by Progozhin to honor his Wagner dead is being destroyed. Latest news.

All the crosses and other tributes have been removed, the ground has been leveled, and it is reported that it looks like the entire area will be covered with cement. No reburying of the dead in a home plot possible.

All the Wagners that had been positioned near the Polish border have now been pulled away by Lukachenko. Apparently they are to leave Belarus.

The camp that had been set up in Belarus for the Wagners is being dismantled, most of the tents destroyed, only a few apparently being packed for transport. Where can the Wagners be going next?

The head of one of the two Russian groups fighting along side Ukraine has invited the Wagners to join his group and fight Russia to seek their revenge for Prigozhin’s assassination.

For those Wagners who do not rejoin the Russian Army, or the anti-Putin army of Russians, will they be allowed to return home. Many had already completed their 6 months committment to Wagner and have gone home. If more are also allowed to go home, how many will harbor deep bitterness and grief for the one man who showed them some dignity and respect, which is now being destroyed for their dead comrades. I predict more sabotage, and destruction within Russia as a result.

What happens when an entire market disappears for America’s economy?

That will never happen, because America, if they drastically reduce the taxes and regulations, is the world's only self-sustaining economy.

Spoken like a true hack for the WEF.

It appears the Wagner officer you mention will be managing those Wagners who chose to join the regular Russian Army or perhaps there will continue to be a unit or separate group still called Wagner approved by Putin.

However given that Prigozhin’s cemetary for dead Wagners is being destroyed, and possibly even being paved over, it will be interesting to see how all the unjoined Wagners running around loose for the moment will react. Will they meekly join up with Putin’s army, or will they accept the invitation to join the Russians who are fighting alongside Ukraine troops against Putin’s Russia.

I wonder if the timing of Ukraine’s announcement of a “super-Arlington” is to contrast Putin’s treatment of the Wagner cemetary. I believe one reason for Prigozhin’s creation of this cemetary is the fact that Russia has been making minimal efforts to collect their dead and return them to their families. Part of Wagner loyalty to Prigozhin is that he tried to give all his dead a decent burial. For former prisoners, most of whom have already had miserable childhoods and adulthoods, the promise of an Orthodox burial in company of dead comrades was an important promise. For Putin to approve destruction of this cemetary shows what an absolute fake Orthodox Chrisian he actually is. He is no more Christian than his murderous Commie role model Stalin.

Links would support your thoughts. Monitoring Russian news ( and non western news) , this is the first I heard of Vlad’s efforts to erase Wagner group. The people love Wagner group, and they are still going strong in Syria and Africa.

Just for clarification, don’t you mean “debt to GDP”?

So long as people like yourself identify them as hoho soldiers, than they can clearly identify you as an unforgiving enemy, and will continue with the fight. Smooth move ex...!

At least Ukraine cares enough about their dead to honor them with a cemetary. Putin approving the destruction of Prigozhin’s cemetary for the Wagner dead is the stupidest thing I have ever heard of. They died for Russia, and the fact that they were commanded by Prigo should have nothing to do with the nation honoring their death. I wonder how many Russians will feel the same?

“But since you want to play the GDP ratio game, here’s your list of 11 nations “giving” to the Ukraine war... Only this time we’ll use GDP to debt, not GDP to Ukraine assistance. So....”

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

I appreciate your effort... but saying that America should not help its allies from Russian invasions because we have a high GDP to debt ratio of 123% doesn’t hold up.
Indeed, the “high GDP to dept ratio” is a political choice Republicans and Democrats have always pushed for. Why?

Because it gives:
Economic Strength and Diplomatic Leverage = Power!

Concerning the USA, a high GDP-to-debt ratio indicates that the country’s economy is generating significant output relative to its debt burden. This suggests economic strength and resilience, which enhances America’s influence on the international stage.

America CAN play this game because every region in the world relies on the US dollar for trade. It’s a formidable force!

So... as I explained above, America has a high 123% GDP-to-dept ratio based on a bipartisan CHOICE. America wants to influence the world because its tends to be profitable - especially in the long run.

Let’s not forget that America became an economic super-power based on WWII and based on that very policy of “influence”.
Reagan was a master at it, and that’s why I’m a profound supporter of Reaganism. Reganism crushed the communist Soviet mad-house. That made America even stronger.

When Russia will lose its nonsensical war against Ukraine, it will strengthen America, once again (!), just like America was strengthened when it won the cold war.

And now this:
Historically speaking, countries with low GDP to dept ratio are generally bad in influencing others on the international stage in a durable and stable way...

Given the million young men who have fled Russia to avoid this war, and the hundred+ thousand already killed by Putin’s war, I suspect Russia has even more young women on these marriage sites than does Ukraine. I know one US man who married one of these Russian women thirty years ago. So far as I know they stayed married and had a child.

If they make it to the US, they will be happy to see that our inflation here is much lower than in Europe and probably even lower than in Russia for most foods and common luxuries like cigarettes and wine.

--- "Let's not forget that America became an economic super-power based on WWII and based on that very policy of “influence”. Reagan was a master at it, and that's why I'm a profound supporter of Reaganism. Reganism crushed the communist Soviet mad-house. That made America even stronger."

Your claim about things is simply incorrect, historically. I do not accept your assertion that you are knowledgeable about Ronald Reagan and his administration. Why? You didn't bother to do your due diligence to support "Indeed, the 'high GDP to dept ratio' is a political choice Republicans and Democrats have always pushed for." They simply haven't. The GDP to debt ration for the Reagan years is as follows:

1981 -- 32.41 percent
1982 -- 35.83 percent
1983 -- 37.45 percent
1984 -- 41.32 percent
1985 -- 43.79 percent
1986 -- 47.55 percent
1987 -- 48.56 percent
1988 -- 49.73 percent
1989 -- 51.97 percent
--- So your assertion is incorrect, and not validated with actual facts. You say, "Historically speaking, countries with low GDP to dept ratio are generally bad in influencing others on the international stage in a durable and stable way..."

Reagan's history proves you are making assertions without having facts on your side.

Which brings me to Reagan's famous quote, which I think applicable to you for your "liberal' argument:

"The trouble with our Liberal friends is not that they're ignorant; it's just that they know so much that isn't so."
The Reagan years ran between 32 to 51 percent. Fact.

You say, "America has a high 123% GDP-to-dept ratio based on a bipartisan CHOICE. America wants to influence the world because its tends to be profitable...."

"Profitable" to owe nearly $33 trillion? You make a liberal's argument and you make it poorly.

I was shocked the other evening when I heard one of the Republican presidential candidates say that President Trump had increased the national debt by nearly $8 trillion. When I Googled this question, I found that indeed it was close to that figure and was compared for a 4 year presidency with a similar figure for Obama in 8 years. Another link suggested this was about 25% of the entire national debt.

With regard to Trump gasoline prices, while they were very nice as a bargain, they also were so low it became impossible for some oil companies to continue pumping and the per dollar figure a barrel went too low. It took so long for some pumpers to reduce or stop pumping that for a few days there was no more storage space, and companies were actually paying for people to take away their excess production. Now that per barrel prices are again around $80 places like North Dakota can once again make money by pumping. Unfortunately, it has been so hot in some refining states they have shut down refining. Thus, this past month’s gas price increases. 95 degrees appears to be the critical temperature and Texas and other locations have exceeded that temperature enough to reduce the supply of refined gas. Since Global Warming is a hoax, this should not be such a problem in the future.

To be clear, I was not talking about Vlad eliminating Wagner, but eliminating Prigozhin’s cemetary for the dead Wagner troops—removing the crosses and other icons, and bulldozing the land. I don’t know that they sad Putin was doing this, but I find it hard to believe anyone would do it if Putin did not want it done or order it done.
