Granma also played as a sweet little old lady/car thief, Mrs Lesh, on an episode of a great 60’s show, Andy Griffith! She sells Barney a stolen car for $300.

BUT, not at all surprised. Hollywood is a cesspool. Many/most actors are actors because they have a talent for stealing someone's identity (whomever they play).

There is no reality in that shithole, you know :-).

Didn't know that about Ellen Corby; back then people were more discreet about personal things. Will Geer, though, was part of the 1930s labor activist / Communist crowd, so no big surprise that he was also gay.
