WHAT??? Wait until the Canadian Human Rights Commission gets hold of that description! Who wrote that? Somebody is going to jail for that hate speech.

Police should start describing 'them' as 'most likely not a white person'. In this case the person was 'not likely wearing not a white hoodie'. The word 'black' is racist, but only when used by police forces or white people.
