This angers me beyond all measure. TELL ME WHY IN THE HELL the electric company was installing new poles AS THE FIRE WAS RAGING? They had the ONLY PAVED EXIT ROAD blocked from this entire neighborhood??
It doesn’t make sense. How did the electric workers get out alive ? And what kinds of barriers were there ?
