Good question. The issue should have been brought up when Obama was a candidate in 2008. Even if born in Hawaii, he was not "Natural born" as his father was not a citizen.

I think the only way this comes up is if a secretary of state refuses to place Vivek or Haley on the ballot because they are both native born, not natural born.

I doubt it if anyone has the courage to do so.

Has the issue ever been brought to the SCOTUS? It's definitely a Constitutional issue.
