Trump’s interview with Tucker spells it out best on what we get with him - Trump is too focused on the attacks that have been coming his way and how he’s been unfairly dealt with, instead of having bandwidth/focus on the present/future issues facing America. In the Nov 2024 election I will vote for the best team, whoever that may be, and of course I’m watching the GOP carefully due to the very strong ANTI democracy, Constitutional, and fairness/justice/honesty sentiments of the Democratic party. The Dem’s are full of hate and fascist sentiments & in serious need of reform to ever be taken seriously by decent people. Trump has gotten too much baggage and he’s not focused on the future. Those two issues must be dealt with in order to take him seriously for 2024.

My favorite candidate so far is the ND governor. But, I’m keeping an open mind. I would like to see the candidates to commit to a Pledge to pardon Trump for all classified records & Election allegations (as long as he doesn’t commit any espionage with any documents he may still have that could be classified between the dates of his indictments & inauguration day), and if the GOP nominee will do this, but Biden keeps up this national nightmare then it’ll be very good for the GOP in the election as the Dems are looking more like witch hunters the longer this goes on.

Now I have little doubt that whoever gets nominated by the GOP will be attacked fiercely and become more hated/targeted than Dubya or Trump ever have been in the past by the Democrats.

To be fair, the interview was driven by Tuckers questions which were about the now, the indictments and the Trump record. It wasn’t forward looking but he’s still staked out his positions on the border, on China, on Ukraine, on freedom killing regulation, on energy policy. We already know what Trump was capable of doing from the precovid years. Are you arguing he was too distracted by impeachments and Russia hoax and investigations to be effective? They did not help but he still moved many things forward. The indictments will take up his time but if he wins where do they go next? That’s why Tucker asked the question.

You obviously weren’t watching the same interview.

The attacks on Trump are directly tied to the USA’s future.
