Haven’t eaten there in years.
The price of good subs is ridiculous nowadays. For the price of a single sandwich, I can get a pound of deli turkey and eat for a week.
I agree. The other day I saw a sub advertised for $29.99!!!
Getting a foot long at Subway is worth $5. It's not really worth more than that.
Or do you just eat a slice of turkey a day?

I had a “medical” morning and hadn’t eaten in about 18 hours. A Subway was my only choice. I got a half sub, chips and a drink, which the last time I ate there was a pricy seven bucks. It was $13 and change. Absolutely ridiculous.
If you want a very good, cheap meal try any of the larger truck stops that sell food. They beat all the fast-food restaurants on price, quality and speed. It’s a much better business model and I’ll bet they drive many of the fast-food franchises out of business.
The only "food service" at Huntsville, AL airport was a Subway, at least a few years ago. If the flight to Atlanta wasn't full they held it a half hour for the passengers taking the next flight 30 minutes later.
Wife and I ate at one in Nassau, Bahamas, right next to cruise line pier. An equal mix of locals and tourists. Not awful, and by Nassau prices, not too expensive. Other than that, essentially never.
