This is not good for DeSantis nor conservatives. He should have waited to run in 2028 and continued to be an excellent Governor of Florida and threw all his support for Trump 2024. We should be fighting DemoRat leftards, RINO’s and not our own conservative team. DeSantis ain’t perfect but he’s far better than most.
Agreed. I fear a fine governor will be going the way of Jeb and can never be resuscitated at a national level.
Some on Free Republic, seem to enjoy fighting about who is more conservative than whom. Some even say they will vote Democrat, if the Republican nominee isn’t their first choice, and/or, is too liberal on some issue.
For whatever reason, some here seem to prefer the intraparty fighting, rather than taking on the Liberals and Democrats.
