I wasn’t sure if it was a true security expiration or an attack from the left with a virus for FR. Therefore, I just closed my page and waited a while to check in again. JR is usually on to stuff such as this very quickly. I had confidence all would be resolved asap.

My android phone is throwing security exceptions when I connect to Freerepublic.com, saying that the certs expired within the last day

Mine did too and I just ignored it.

I, too, felt the ‘glitch’ would vanish soon enough.
However did not know if was actualy my computer or
the board itself. Chrome recently updated and anything
is possible. Came thru fine this time. AH! sigh of relief.

I mentioned this yesterday (below), and was worried that FR was being “canceled”, but hoped it would just be auto-renewed.

Is there a way to communicate issues like this directly to the “webmaster”?
