Ever driven in New York? I have. Manhattan is especially bad. Pedestrians will cross against RED lights if they think they can make it. And iPhones have almost nothing to do with it.
Don’t get me started on my experiences in NYC.
And any driver with an unimpaired brain knows that pedestrians acting like idiots is also an increased risk these days.
If you’re smart, you drive accordingly.
And with a dash cam setup that is legal in the state of NY.
It takes some doing, but it can be done.
So have I. Got a ticket within five minutes of coming out of the Lincon Tunnel for turning right (after stopping) against a red light.
