I just returned from a week at a mental health conference. No WiFi available. I see something about Belarus and Kaliningrad. Is something happening with that or was it old news? Site jumped away before I could look for a date. I hate my Chromebook!!

Old news - rumor was that the wagners were going cause trouble using the corridor between Belarus and Kaliningrad - not happening, wagners leaving for Africa
