I’ve posted here before that my father started working in the 1970s with two pioneers in the manufacturing processes used in making the highly pure alloyed targets used for thin film processing. That company that started all that is now a subsidiary of TOSOH Chemical in Grove City, Ohio. So this stuff fascinates me.
