Monkey Werx had a little section on DEW in his broadcast a few days ago. I found it interesting. He has a little error on the section which he mentions Dutch Sinse and his (estimated 9/9/2020) radar image of the Paradise fire on a map. Paradise is in Northern California and the map shows a radar anomalie - it looks like a straight line pointing at a fire in Southern California fire.
I tried looking at California fires in fall of 2020 to see what fire Monkey was referring to, but there were too many to consider in September. Monkey's DEW info is largely about Space mounted radars. He hi-lights US companies invested in developing DEW.
