Perhaps this is a real-life enactment of the Prince and the Pauper, except the Prince is a sitting Senator with no brain, and the Pauper doesn’t look the least bit like him except for being bald, but has traded places with him, in the hopes that the American people are too stupid or apathetic to notice.
