The eyes actually look slightly foggy but I suspect these very rich and powerful people get dosed up on the kinds of antibiotics and steroids most people wont ever get, even when dying. He still probably has cognitive issues and there are no miracle drugs for that except those with temporary manic effects. If they can keep RGB alive under such catastrophic conditions for so many years, they will keep fettermans zombie body alive too, for the sake of power
