E-mail it to yourself would be the easiest option I could come up with.

Yes, email it.

I usually cut and paste it into Samsung Notes and then save it as a Word file.

I then attach the word file document to an email.

Photos I just save as jpeg files and attach to the email.

This way I still have formatting and editing capabilities.
