And it is damn certain that some (all?) members of the FDA board were well aware of this. Odds are this is the tip of the iceberg and makes it even clearer why Pfizer and the FDA didn’t want this info released in our lifetimes.

I don’t believe it. The UK’s health service has recorded high levels of ‘lost’ pregnancies since the introduction of the vax.
This is a technique I’ve seen used elsewhere, back the ‘start’ of reporting up well ahead of the actual problem - you can say that the baby bust started in 2012, that it’s gone downward gradually at first, and in freefall starting with the vax. The gov’s are not going to admit what they’ve done.

They actively aided and abetted this fraud in countless ways. It can't be 'errors'; they were quite intentional about their crimes.
The FDA and Pfizer are the same people. There is a revolving door between the two organizations. Literally!
It gets worse the higher you go.
A society that murders babies will have no issue with the killing of babies in other ways such as vaccine induced miscarriages.
