The activist wing of the AMA (who have no medical training) have a clear misunderstanding of biology. Even if uterus transplants were possible, there's an entire endocrine system; hormones, and whatnot that will not allow for men to get pregnant no matter what pills they swallow.

My wife, who is a MAGA physician, has been sent many entreaties over the years to join the AMA. She would and will never do so. It is a far-left group and has been so for many years now. It has little to do with real medicine.
