In Philadelphia in 2020 Biden 81%, Donald Trump 18%.

The Democrat presidential candidate carried the state of Pennsylvania in every election since 1992 except in 2016, when it was won by Donald Trump.

2020 result was Biden 50.0% to Trump 48.8%

There are still some sensible people in Pennsylvania, but maybe outnumbered slightly.
