Again, you clearly don't get it. That is a tyrannical action, to wrest control from local districts, to enforce whatever the current power in DC wants to inflict on them. Trump may, or may not, have a noble idea, but once federal control is in place, and enforced, it can be easily abused by Democrats in the future.
