There are some misses but appear to be MULTIPLE center mass hits.
You just won’t accept the possibility that it is not enough caliber.
No, I don’t believe the t-shirt wearing suspect was hit center mass, basically *point blank* with a 9mm. Not buying that.
If that were the case, I’m pretty sure he’d be dead on in a hospital. I’m pretty sure his chest is not made of steel or Kevlar. Did the 9 bounce off the center of his chest? Possible, but I would certainly doubt that to be the case.
