At the link, the picture of the “wall” showed that it had a window in it. More likely the “wall” was actually a building. And the home security camera image of the site shows it was on a curve in the road. I suspect the girl, who was certainly guilty of reckless driving because of the speed, had piss poor legal representation.
Just sayin’.
