Basically, what this article says is, it’s possible to use the cellular network to access voting machines and change ballots.
What I’m telling you is not only is there is no evidence of this ever happening, there is no evidence the voting machines could actually be tampered with using the cellular network considering cellular modems in machines is not universal.
What’s obvious is you have no idea how this network works or what voting machines have installed and how they are accessed.
