Georgia’s leading elected state officials, who are Republicans, reacted Tuesday to Monday’s late-night indictment of former President Donald Trump and 18 other lawyers, aides, and supporters by reiterating that there was no voter fraud in 2020.
Gov. Brian Kemp (R) posted a tweet in response to a Truth Social post by the former president. Kemp did not object to the indictment — which critics have said violates constitutional norms and criminalizes free speech — but to Trump’s 2020 claims.

George Washington tried to warn us about the dangers political parties pose.
Pity we didn’t listen.
It would appear that Kemp has Presidential aspirations of his own.
“The larger the group, the more toxic, the more of your beauty as an individual you have to surrender for the sake of group thought. And when you suspend your individual beauty you also give up a lot of your humanity. You will do things in the name of a group that you would never do on your own. Injuring, hurting, killing, drinking are all part of it, because you've lost your identity, because you now owe your allegiance to this thing that's bigger than you are and that controls you.”
-George Carlin
Elections were murdered by sorosian secretaries of state and the communist democrats.
I agree with you 100%
Why don’t these guys just shut up?
That’s a great point abd likely what has been happening.
People need to realize that in red states where it is exceedingly hard for a democrat to win, they just become Republicans. Also, corruption knows no party, only individuals who make up or control those parties. Corruption follows money. Follow the money.
Kemp cost the GA senate seats..
I won’t say anything more than that.
AND WE TOLD YOU: FRAUD
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
The Devil went down to Georgia and stolebthe state GOP!!!
I do think they hate Trump more than Dems. All politicians like being liked but many also need adornment and confirmation that they are really wonderful and powerful. A lot of politicians are goobers (but kind of evil goobers) at heart and being in the limelight makes them feel good. Someone who was good looking, had beautiful women/wives, billions of dollars, fame and financial power and some political power thru his money and connections, came along and out shone them by a lot. It made them feel like they were back in 7th grade with no friends and getting wedgies in the lockerroom. Trump is the popular guy in High School that they never were. His presence not only outshines their adult found glory, but it is a daily reminder that, at their very core, they are still the losers they felt like in 7th grade.
I believe your take on Kemp is correct. And remember his future son in laws death was likely used as message to Kemp to get in line. However, when I talk to Georgians the ideas about him that you’ve brought up don’t seem to enter their minds. They think he’s a good guy abd are so glad they got him versus Stacy Abraham’s. Not sure why they are so naive, but educating Georgians on the realities might be a first step in changing things in the state.
The Easter Bunny told us “no voter fraud in 2020”
Ga’s indictments against President Trump criminalizes everyday actions such as
<><>questioning election results,
<><>asking for phone numbers,
<><>encouraging voters to watch TV.
The Fanifool proves she can read at third grade level with a zero IQ,
and considers these “indictment-worthy acts of conspiracy.”
If claiming an election is stolen is truly a crime, as Fanimay insists, then why arent
Al Gore, Hillary Clinton, and loser gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams behind bars?
We watched it on video for crying out loud!
They sent everyone home, and then started pulling out boxes and boxes of fake ballots!
If it makes you feel better (or worse), we have a similar Republican party in SC. SC should be a much redder state than it is. The genteel, Charleston and Columbia country club Republicans avoid rocking the boat and making the Dems mad. They have divided things up. Then we’re stuck with the overly flexible Republicans like Lindsey Lohan Graham and Nancy disgrace Mace.
It reminds me of when I switched to the Tea Party, so many years ago, when loathsome Lowell Weicker and the Republicans passed the state income tax by one vote after midnight that led Ct to becoming a deep blue shit hole. That was a dark day of betrayal.
A former Republican elected official in Georgia reminded me that Kemp was the Secretary of State (overseeing Georgia state elections) and in 2015 while he was in charge of voting there was a data breach that exposed the personal information of 6 million voters; he also refused to resign as the state’s chief election official when he ran for Governor against Stacy Abrams in 2018. After he narrowly “won” with 50.2% of the vote, Abrams accused Kemp of “stealing the election” and she never conceded to Kemp because of election fraud. Just a little history on Mr. Kemp!
They are Bush, Cheney, Paul Ryan Republicans...
Democrats and RINO’s are totally useless for America (IMO).
