The police’s top priority is to “go home safe”.
There is no reason to rush into a crime in progress and risk their lives—especially when they know the local police chief and district attorney does not have their back.
This is called the “Ferguson Effect”—and every “respectable” scholar on the planet denies its existence.
The “experts” are blatant liars and frauds.
