Well, I live in Appalachia but not 100% off grid. But we do can and make oxtail broth etc etc etc. We go to town once/wk. We are so content here with good like minded neighbors.
Our land is small but supplies all needs incl h2o. I can feel God everywhere here. I walk out and see God everywhere. We give thanks for our blessings every single day.
