The USA doesn't run aggressive cyber warfare aimed at opponents? It wasn't the first to invent these (Hello, Edward Snowden!)? It doesn't use social media, which was invented here, for color-revolution around the globe (think Arab Spring)? It doesn't censor and propagandized (Twitter, Facebook, Google)?
