I have been saying for some time, that there are two key things that must be observed for a constitutional republic such as ours to function and be legitimate:
These two things, in my mind, constitute the vital essence of a successful constitutional goverment. It is a sacred covenant.
We, as the governed, agree to be governed if those two conditions are met.
If one or both of those conditions are not met, we cannot have a functional constitutional republic, and our government is illegitimate.
If someone thinks that sounds disturbingly revolutionary, and can explain to me how I am mistaken, I would surely listen. But as it stands right now, and I think I have two significant legs to stand on to support my claim, our government is illegitimate under the Constitution.
And like I said-if someone comes after me over that, I am willing to support my claim with facts. Not that it will do any good, mind you. Their "reality" will not override mine, though in a tyranny, I fully expect them to attempt to remove my reality by removing me.
And if we are at that point, we all have bigger fish to fry than me, though at that point, I will have to care a great deal.
Did you miss the part about the defense attorney saying she was Antifa, was retiring, and would remember every juror’s face?

I had a freind in grants pass area who just flat out wouldn’t beleive all the links about this antifa stuff, and also the antifa fire arson starts around that summer time.
He would only say “ oh you got that iff the unternet” and only believed what he saw on MSM.
He got mad and it ended a long friendship.

We are long past that time- it should have happened a long time ago.
Two of my nephews are NYPD and they always tell me what a POS Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg is. I tell them time and time again i am surprised a family member of a victim of violent crime perpetrated by a thug Bragg let loose on the streets has not turned the tables and violently beaten one of Bragg’s family members in the name of restorative justice- they both agree with me ALL the time.
You’re also seeing this in black areas where black juries won’t convict black perps.
