I take a combo of D3 (5000 IU) and K2 (100mcg) daily. Fish oil too (1360mg).
Generally, if you did eat a salad at least 3 times a week, you probably are getting enough Vit K. For a guy, if you were doing the vitamin pill routine....120 mcg is your limit. Women? 90 mcg.
There’s supposed to be some reports to say Vit K improves memory in older adults.
I have asthma and I take D3 4,000 iu and K2 100mcg daily but I take it for bone health and immune system function.
