Ballot harvesting is legal in a lot of States so riddle me that. Judges along with municipalities prevent purging voting roles which makes it technically “legal”, so riddle me that as well.
Only option is that Republicans generate a ballot harvesting network as well as finding the districts where dead or multiple voters reside and get their ballots in first before democrats do.
