Perhaps the smartest guy in DC.At the very least, the only one who’s ever read AND UNDERSTANDS the Constitution. Agree or disagree with his positions, every one of them is solidly Constitutionally sound.

Perhaps the smartest guy in DC. Because he's an M.D., and not another moronic but arrogant lawyer in politics. There are plenty of smart and wonderful attorneys. Almost none of them are in politics.
