It’s the wealthy who ruined it. So proud of their love for the down and out. If they really loved them, they wouldn’t have let the city be destroyed. I saw it plenty of times before and after.

Don’t let the rich people ease their conscience by giving fancy boots and sleeping bags to those living on the streets. Fix the problem, whatever it may be.
In Portland it was the Portlandia TV show and the meth epidemic. And then of course letting Antifa run wild. Your mileage may vary.
