This is done with a continuous wire thread around a mandrel that cuts off multiple discs at a time.
Discs then cored and broken into square or rectangular substrate
4..The resulting chip is manufactured in assembly plants mostly in Japan and South East Asia...called Back End manufacturing.
Is this the tyupe of setup going on inthe west on the 2 billion dollar chip making project?
