A couple of things ---
1) It is fascinating that more criticism of these daily threads mounts up at the same time as appeals to Robinson's messages are essentially tweaked.
In the latest of his messages, he acknowledges in part: "...do not accuse them of being a "Putinista", "commrade", "murderer", "baby-killer", etc, just because he may have a difference of opinion whether or not the US government should be involved in a controversial foreign war where we were not attacked."
Whenever the Robinson appeal is brought up in an attempt to "argue from authority," this salient passages is studiously ignored.
2) The daily opening gambit for this thread for many months now, has been to "promote" a specific vlogger resident in Switzerland. The game of many and on more than one side in this particular war is to seek clicks of monetized YouTube videos. Almost all of these YouTube channels are OUTSIDE of Ukraine.
Therefore one may -- no conjecture here -- that this ?"prayerful" daily thread -- rhymes with "daily bread," one notes -- contributes to one side in an information war, and supplies a small coterie of "content creators" with significant income in many cases. It is a cottage industry.
UMCRevMom@aol.com behaves as a component of that cottage industry. It feeds content creators as it feeds YouTube when they take their 45 percent of the collection of revenue.
3) UMCRevMom@aol.com also seems to function as a curator for these daily threads -- Amen -- because no other threads that I read and perhaps you read feature the many instances of "Comment # -- Removed by Moderator."
Were there other obvious instances of removal of comments on other threads, one could make the argument that this is a Free Republic behavior. But that it seems mostly anomalous on this particular daily thread is evidence that the thread is indeed curated.

It remains a singular puzzlement, to me at least, as to why these certain troublesome, troublemaking, individuals, to whom almost everyone here recognizes, are still allowed to continue with this agenda that has a negative impact on the website at large. If the individuals in question are profiting by their activities here, which seems readily apparent, it seems again intuitive that they are working at cross-purposes to the spirit and mission of Free Republic, and should be summarily shut down.
I noted 2 posts of said individual removed in this particular thread, including the “doctored” version of Mr. Robinson’s edict, directly targeted at her opponents (”exposers”) of her agenda and thoroughly unsolicited (as I and some of the others reminded her of). However, more likely than merely being found to be “delete-worthy”, probably removed by request of the poster to eradicate more examples of her hypocritical behavior (I could be wrong). But, as I said, examples of deleted posts made by her attacking others are almost non-existent, contrasted with mine, which have been, where this globalist propagandizing dispute is concerned, removed with malice for doing nothing more than calling her out and defending myself in the process.
