I remain ignorant of the allure EVs have on people.
It’s like a form of insanity that I cannot comprehend.
You never want to be the person to own a new product. You want not to be the QA for the seller.
“I remain ignorant of the allure EVs have on people.”
Think: Pet rocks.
Ya know, if I could buy a cheap EV with say 100 mile range for $10k and charge if at home, it would be practical for most of my daily driving needs. The IC engine has created a “one vehicle for all purposes” paradigm and EVs can’t compete. The manufacturers developed the wrong solution for the wrong reasons. Because of woke government meddling - if they’d been faced with meeting true market needs things would be completely different.
Some people have to actually touch a hot stove in order to learn that you should not touch a hot stove. A smaller number of people have to touch the hot stove more than once in order to learn the same lesson. I'm guessing that anybody named Dalbir Bala did not have parents who loved him enough to teach him things when he was young. He probably has to touch that hot stove 3 or 4 times to get the message.
When you are aware of the actual facts about EVs, it’s a little hard to see why anyone would want one. Then there’s the fact that not nearly everyone could afford one even if they wanted it.
