This is like Bud Light opening a customer complaints office, refusing to tell anyone how to contact it...and then announcing to the press, “We’ve had absolutely zero customer complaints this year!”
Yep. Back years ago in Ca they passed a niche regulation on my business. “All contacts and questions shall go through this office at this number”. For a couple months it always rang busy. I had to go through a round about way to find out no one even works in that office and they leave the phone off the hook.
So I just ignored the regulation for years and never heard another thing about it.
