Likely they didn’t have covid. From what I understand the test can’t distinguish between the flu and covid. Probably the normal immune reaction to the flu vaccine caused the covid positive test result.

Other very reasonable possibility is that they had nothing. The covid test besides, being unable to distinguish between the flu and covid, has a 50% or better false positive rate.

Great points, I had made myself on here way back when it happened. The man was out in the yard shouting to me at a distance the day or two after being diagnosed. They had a cough, that was it. This was actually one of the main clues I had that the whole covid thing was a scam. Thanks for the reminder.
