After the FBI is shuttered, all FBI employees, current and former, need to be banned from working in government at every level and in any position. All of their pensions should be revoked”

Honestly, there had to be a more responsible way to ‘arrest’ and ‘detain’ this 75 year old crippled man for his internet words. This is the same sort of thing we saw at Ruby Ridge and Waco. Neither needed to play out the way they did. They were both political statements, made by Government, and were needless bloodshed.
There is little doubt he was breaking the law.
The FBI had legal authority to arrest him.
I will presume the FBI acted lawfully unless evidence emerges to the contrary.
I read that he was always armed.
It has been suggested that an FBI watch could have been placed at his house during Joe’s visit. Being armed all the time would carry a bystander risk if he was not taken into custody at his residence.
