I completely reject the validity of “hate crimne” laws and therefore I,as a juror,would vote “not guilty” on any charge that’s specifically called a “hate crime” law. A person is dead and shouldn’t be. The punishment handed down to the one responsible should depend on the race,gender,etc of either the victim or the perp.
