Since there is "precedence" for this behavior, this technique can be used to reveal exactly what any of the Bidens were discussing with their overseas business partners, possibly including Joe himself.
NSA records literally everything transmitted over air and since at least 9/11 has been slurping up everything on overseas lines at the switching equipment. Even if the switch taps are no longer in place, overseas cables are tapped by now (if they haven't been from the get go).

There are actually two separate issues with the Biden Crime Family. One is, that the BCF is in and of itself, an established criminal activity, and the second is, the band of billionaire oligarchs within and at the fringes of the US that paved the way for Joe Biden to be elevated as the meat puppet, many of whom could be identified, but are also probably beyond prosecution in the current legal limitations that prevail in the US today.
