I doubt Pelosi herself even understood what was going on, or just being told by ‘higher-levels’ when to react.

But as we get closer to the day of the court case...I would expect Pelosi to bail (refuse) to participate, and the cases begin to dissolve. None of the Trump J6 case will work unless Pelosi is there and provides a statement in court.
