I don’t know where these people who say ‘call the cops’ live but……where I live they don’t even come out for a burglary if they’re gone. It’s….file a report online. You think they’re gonna come out for a kid being in a complex’s pool? They’d laugh at that phone call.

filing a complaint
then they send out someone to investigate
most likely a rookie with nothing better to do
